Reversing Pre-diabetes

November 2013...I found out I was pre-diabetic.  I already ate a healthy, low sugar and non-processed diet, but I realized I had to drastically cut my starchy carb consumption.   My goal is to reverse the diabetic path I was on and to get my blood sugars back to normal.

I'm the type of person that needs food to be simple and tasty, and I need LOTS of variety to combat veggie boredom!  I also cook for family members who are not required to eat as strictly as I do, so I am striving to make suppers that are easily adaptable to my dietary needs.

Below you will find links to tips and recipes that I'm using to achieve this.  To keep up to date with my progress/recipes/tips, subscribe to my blog or like my facebook page.   I promise never to spam your facebook wall or inbox.
